1. Acceptance of These Terms
Welcome to https://servet.digital/ (the “Site”), operated by Servet Digital (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing, browsing, or using the Site or any services provided through it (collectively, the “Services”), you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Site or Services.
2. Definitions
- Content – all text, images, audio, video, code, data, and other material provided on or through the Site.
- User Content – any Content uploaded, posted, or otherwise transmitted by you to the Site.
- GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation.
- KVKK – Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Türkiye.
3. Eligibility & User Obligations

You agree to: (i) provide accurate information; (ii) maintain the security of your account credentials; (iii) use the Services only for lawful purposes; and (iv) comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including EU and Turkish consumer protection, e-commerce, and advertising rules.
4. Scope of Services
4.1 Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
We provide on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, technical audits, link-building, and related advisory. SEO is inherently dynamic, and ranking positions can never be guaranteed.
4.2 Consultancy & Training
Advisory sessions, workshops, and bespoke strategy documents are delivered on the basis of the information you provide. You remain responsible for implementation and compliance with local laws.
4.3 Support & Maintenance
Ongoing support may include performance monitoring, reporting, and minor content edits. Support response times are targets, not guarantees, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Intellectual Property
The Site and its original Content (excluding User Content) are owned by or licensed to Servet Digital and are protected by Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works, EU Directive 2001/29/EC, and other applicable laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Site for personal or internal business use only. Any reproduction, distribution, or derivative use requires our prior written consent.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
6.1 GDPR Compliance
Where we process personal data of individuals located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), we comply with the GDPR. Our Privacy Policy explains lawful bases, data subject rights, cross-border transfers, and security measures.
6.2 KVKK Compliance

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Servet Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill) arising from or in connection with your use of the Site or Services. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the greater of (i) €1,000 or (ii) the total amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Servet Digital, its directors, employees, and agents, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your (i) breach of these Terms, (ii) User Content, or (iii) violation of any law or third-party rights.
11. Third-Party Links & Tools
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and integrations with third-party tools. We do not endorse and are not responsible for any third-party content or services. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
12. Accessibility
Servet Digital strives to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA. If you experience any difficulty accessing content, please contact us so we can accommodate your needs.
13. Modification of the Site & These Terms

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Where mandatory EU consumer law provisions apply, such provisions remain unaffected.
15. Dispute Resolution
15.1 EU Online Dispute Resolution (“ODR”)
If you are an EU consumer, you may submit disputes for online resolution via the European Commission’s ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
15.2 Mediation & Courts of Istanbul
For all other disputes, the parties shall first attempt mediation under Law No. 6325 on Mediation in Civil Disputes. Failing settlement, the Istanbul (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices have exclusive jurisdiction.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
17. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to an affiliate or successor without notice.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any Service-specific agreements, the Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Servet Digital regarding the Site and Services, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications.
